考虑高速铁路负荷特性的牵引变压器可靠性评估疲劳寿命的影响

摘要:
牵引变压器的可靠性评估对整个高速铁路牵引供电系统的可靠性研究至关重要。本文分析高速铁路牵引负荷特性对牵引变压器可靠性的影响,提出一种牵引变压器可靠性评估方法。该方法同时考虑高速铁路牵引负荷不平衡性、冲击性和非线性特点,利用IEEE C57.110标准提供的谐波损耗因子计算谐波引起的变压器降容率,通过热路模型及其微分方程组将高速铁路牵引负荷特性综合量化到变压器温升计算中。在此基础上,通过Arrhenius-Weibull模型求取变压器失效概率。以世界首台220 kV等级的中点抽出式Scott牵引变压器为例,利用实测数据验证该方法的可行性,计算得到牵引变压器的可靠性指标,并分析高速铁路负荷特性对其可靠性的影响。结果表明高速铁路负荷对牵引变压器可靠性的影响不容忽视。评估结果可辅助合理决策,以降低牵引变压器运行风险,满足安全可靠需求。
Reliability assessment of traction transformers is critical to the reliability study of the high-speed rail traction power supply system. In this paper, the impact of high-speed rail traction load characteristics on the reliability of traction transformer was analyzed, and a method of reliability assessment of traction transformers was proposed. This method considered the imbalance, impact and nonlinearity of high-speed rail traction load, and calculated the transformer derating rate based on the harmonic loss factor provided by IEEE C57.110 standard. Through the thermal circuit model and its differential equations, the traction load characteristics of high speed railway were quantified into the calculation of transformer temperature rise. Then Arrhenius-Weibull model was utilized to obtain the failure probability of the transformer. In the case of the world′s first 220 kV midpoint draw-out Scott traction transformer. The feasibility of this method was validated by the measured data. The traction transformer reliability index was obtained through calculation. The influence of the load characteristics of high speed railway on transformer reliability was analyzed. The results show that the impact of the traction load characteristics of high-speed rail on transformer reliability is significant. The assessment results can assist reasonable decision to reduce the operation risk of traction transformer and meet the demand of safety and reliability.
