保护接地对高速动车组接地回流的影响

保护接地方式的优劣直接关系到动车组运行性能的好坏,其研究具有重要意义。其中集中保护接地不能确保车体电位为零;而分散保护接地存在回流问题。本文分析集中保护接地的弊端机理,用PSPICE软件建立分散保护接地方式的整车接地回流模型,并结合现场实际测试结果,分析保护接地回流的分配规律,通过取消回路改进分散保护接地方式。仿真结果表明,转向架之间的回路是接地电流增加的主要原因,改进接地方式使轴端电位降低至0.2 V,各保护接地的电流值小于20 A且分布较均匀。

The pros and cons of protective grounding methods are related to the running performance of the EMU directly. Given no unified choice of protective grounding modes both at home and abroad, the study on protective grounding is of great significance. Among the protective grounding modes, the concentrated protective grounding does not ensure zero of the car body potential, while the scattered protective grounding has a problem of reflux. This paper analyzed the mechanism of the disadvantages of the concentrated protective grounding and established the vehicle grounding reflux model of the scattered protective grounding by the PSPICE software. Combined with the actual test results, this paper analyzed the distribution regularity of protective grounding reflux, and finally improved the scattered protective grounding by eliminating current loop. The simulation results show that current loop between the bogies is the main reason for the increase of grounding current. The improved grounding method reduces the shaft end potential to 0.2 V. The protective grounding current value is less than 20 A with uniform distribution.
