车间纵向减振器对高速动车组动力学性能的影响研究

摘要:

为研究车间纵向减振器对高速动车组相关动力学性能的影响,以CRH380B型动车组为基本模型,利用CRH380A型列车车间纵向减振器参数,基于车辆动力学理论,采用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立四动四拖八节编组的非线性列车动力学模型。对列车是否加装车间纵向减振器进行对比,分析列车平稳性、稳定性和列车纵向动力学。结果表明:加装车间纵向减振器可使车体横向平稳性指标降低4.4%,轮轨磨耗指数降低2.0%,车体摇头角降低36.4%,抑制车体13 Hz的横向振动和0.413 Hz的纵向振动。建议高速列车加装合理刚度和阻尼参数的车间纵向减振器。

To study the influence of the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper on the dynamic performance of high speed EMUs,the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK was used to establish a nonlinear train dynamics model of an eight-car train with four motored cars and four trailer cars based on the theory of railway vehicle dynamics,using CRH380B high speed EMU as the prototype and the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper parameters of CRH380A high speed EMU.A comparison was made between the trains with inter-vehicle longitudinal damper or without,to analyze the vehicle stability and longitudinal dynamics.The results showed a 4.4% reduction of the lateral stability index of the vehicle body,a 2.0% reduction of the wheel-rail wear,36.4% reduction of the body yaw angle,the suppression of 13 Hz lateral vibration and 0.413 Hz longitudinal vibration of the vehicle body,with the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper.The installation of inter-vehicle longitudinal damper with proper stiffness and damping parameters was recommended.
